This photograph, currently displayed at the National Portrait Gallery in London, was taken by Bassano in 1916. It is of Dame Adeline Genee who was a dancer, teacher and founder of the Royal Academy of Dancing. This photograph is one of several photos taken by Bassano displayed in 1918.
